Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we use your information, can be found at Privacy Policy. By using this website you are accepting the terms as laid out by the Privacy Policy.

Order process

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.

Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:

    1. The product you ordered is out of stock.
    2. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
    3. We have identified a pricing or product description error.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept changes to orders after they have been placed.

In order to purchase from this website you must be over 18 years or more and possess a valid credit/debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Your order will only be processed if your credit card billing address and card security code can be verified by our credit card payment acquisition company. When placing an order you undertake that all the details provided by you to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place the order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the goods.

Delivery

Prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packing, which will be charged at the rates specified in the Delivery Policy. We endeavour to dispatch your order within 72 hours during the working week: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. If your order is received after this time or is received over the weekend or on a bank or public holiday then it will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery during Sale Period

Please note that due to the large volume of orders during a sale period and the current restrictions, your order might take a little longer than normal to reach you. We work around the clock to fulfill orders as quick as possible and in as safe a manner as possible. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate you understanding.
